Salimos en el blog de Solum

Gonzalo Andrés Ramírez Cleves (Universidad Externado de Colombia) has posted The Interamerican System for the Protection of Human Rights, and a Reflection of the Colombian Situation on SSRN. Here is the abstract:

The paper describes the Interamerican system for the protection of human rights and compares it with the European System for human rights protection. Also describes the advantages of the Interamerican system specially with the situation of human rights violations in Colombia.

I met Ramírez Cleves last year in Colombia--he is one of a number of younger Latin American legal scholars with a sophisticated awareness of Anglophone legal scholarship. Recommended.
